LazyContacts - FAQs

Do I need an Ipod to use LazyContacts?

No. LazyContacts can be used as a contact manager without an Ipod.

What version Ipod does LazyContacts support?

LazyContacts supports the 5G Video Ipod and Ipod Nano.

Why can't I select 'Email' for a contact?

You can only select 'Email' for a contact if you have stored an email address for that contact. To store an email address, amend the contact and add the email address.

Why can't I select 'Go to URL' for a contact?

You can only select 'Go to URL' for a contact if you have stored a URL for that contact. To store a URL, amend the contact and add the URL.

What is the maximum supported size of a photo?

Photos attached to contacts can be a maximum of 90 * 90 pixels. You can add a larger photo, but you will be given the option of automatically shrinking the attached image, or amending it so you only use a portion of the image. The original photo will not be amended.

Why can't I see photos on my Ipod Nano?

Only the Ipod Video supports photos attached to contacts. If you have an Ipod Nano, you can still synchronise contacts from LazyContacts - you will see all your contact information except your photos.
